From the pages of Blogography and the compilers of Bindle Binaries come the latest addition to the Bindle Binaries iPhone collection. The Ask Dave app is a variation of classic fortune-telling meme. The application features six 'lil Dave characters. Each Dave has an unique theme and set of answers. After selecting a Dave and shaking the device, the 'lil character will shake his slate before displaying the answer.

This app provided a good exercise in use of simple QuartzCore animations; view transitions; and memory management. The source code for "Ask Dave" has been released under the GNU GPLv2 license. The graphics are available under the CC by-nc-nd license for use with the source code.
